Our headquarters are in Brooklyn, New York, and our hemp is sourced from California. Our cans are packaged both in California and Pennsylvania.

Sourcing safe and ethical ingredients are very important to us as a brand. Our hemp is sourced from multiple farmers throughout the US. We extract all the cannabinoids from the hemp plant before processing it into THC. We test every material throughout multiple stages through our process. We have listed all our lab reports from certified third parties on our site, which you can find in the COA in our footer. Our friends and families are some of our top customers, what we put in it matters to us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please know that there are a lot of "snake-oil" products out there in the market which shed a bad light on cannabis consumables. For us, high-quality ingredients are what we stand by, so what we put in our cans is VERY important to us. Every can is tested in accordance with all FDA regulations. Our Seltzers are currently legal in 34 of the 50 states. If you are located in one of the states where hemp-derived THC is not yet legal, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase.

Should you choose to get FREE shipping option, you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the East Coast or in the Midwest or within 3–5 business days for the West Coast; with USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–2 business days for the East Coast or 2–3 business days for the West Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you are ordering a pallet - shipping will be arranged by a third-party logistic company.

Most people will feel something within 15-30 minutes of consuming their first canna seltzer. We recommend starting with half a serving and waiting 15-20 minutes to see how your body feels. If you consume our product on an empty stomach, you may sense it a bit faster. Sort of like drinking a beer on an empty stomach. From there, the effects can last between 1 and 2 hours.

Everyone's tolerance is different. As with all cannabis products, start with a low dosage (1/2 can of LOKI) and go slow to find a dose that works for you. Some people need 2 or 3 cans to feel an effect, others feel it just off one.
