Shipping policy

Everything below applies to orders placed at drinkloki.com. Wholesale orders are covered separately in our Wholesale Terms.
You must be 21+
LOKI products contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC. You confirm you are 21 or older when you check out. We do not sell to anyone under 21, and we will cancel any order we have reason to believe was placed by a minor.
Don't have your order sent somewhere it can't be received by an adult — no schools, no dorms, no shared mailrooms without a secure hold.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States, to states where hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products are permitted under the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state law. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. territories.
State rules change often. Our current list is maintained at THC laws by state — check it before you order. Our checkout blocks restricted destinations, but if an order is placed to a state we cannot legally ship to, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
You are responsible for knowing the law where you live. Placing an order does not transfer that responsibility to us.
Rates and speed
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- $8 flat rate on orders under $75.
- Expedited shipping is available and priced at checkout.
Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. We can't guarantee a carrier's transit time, and we don't refund shipping because a package ran late.
Processing
Orders are picked and packed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same day; anything after that ships the next business day.
During launches, drops, and holiday weeks, processing can take longer. We'll say so on-site when it does.
Weather
Cans don't love extremes. In sustained heat or hard freezes we may hold an order a day or two to protect it, or ship it with insulation. We'll email you if we do. We are not responsible for temperature damage once a package is in the carrier's hands, and we do not recommend shipping to an address where a package will sit outside for hours.
Tracking and order status
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
There are two different things:
- Order status is ours. It covers everything from the moment you place the order to the moment it leaves our facility. Check it in your account at drinkloki.com.
- Tracking is the carrier's. It picks up once the package is in their network.
Emails you'll get
- Order confirmed. We have your order. Keep the order number.
- Order shipped. Your package is moving, with tracking. Multi-item orders sometimes ship in more than one box, so you may get more than one of these.
- Something needs attention. An address problem, a restricted destination, a payment issue, a duplicate order, or a cancellation. If you get one of these, reply to it — the sooner we hear from you, the faster it's sorted.
Addresses, delivery, and what happens if it goes wrong
Check your address before you submit. We ship to the address you give us.
- Wrong address you provided. If the package is returned to us, we'll refund the order minus shipping — no restocking fee. If it's already delivered to the address you entered, we can't recover it.
- Undeliverable or refused. Same as above — refunded minus shipping once it's back with us.
- Damaged in transit. Email us at info@drinkloki.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the box and the cans. We'll replace it.
- Marked delivered but missing. Check with your neighbors and your building first, then email us within 14 days. We'll work with the carrier, but we can't guarantee a replacement for a package the carrier confirms was delivered.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, mis-scans, or delivery failures outside our control.
