LOKI Mojito
Steps
Prepare the mint and lime: Place the quartered lime and mint leaves in the bottom of a sturdy glass.
Muddle: Use a muddler (or the back of a spoon) to gently crush the mint leaves and lime wedges, releasing their fragrance and juices without over-mashing.
Sweeten: Add your chosen sweetener to the glass. If using sugar, you can gently muddle it with the mint and lime.
Add optional ingredients and ice: If desired, add non-alcoholic rum (if using). Fill the glass with ice.
Top it off: Pour LOKI over the ice and ingredients.
Stir and serve: Gently stir to combine all the flavors. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and/or a lime wedge.
