THC in Nevada

Delta-8 and other hemp-derived THC products are illegal in Nevada following Senate Bill 49 enacted in 2021. The law classifies synthetically-derived cannabinoids, including delta-8 THC, as controlled substances requiring approval from the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB). Any hemp-derived THC products that haven't received CCB approval are prohibited from production, distribution, or sale.
